Oura Ring Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Gut Naturals Oura Ring Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Gut Naturals (gutnaturals.com) (the "Sponsor"). Contact: support@gutnaturals.com. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Oura Health Oy or Oura Ring, Inc.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and agents of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on the earlier of: (a) the date the Sponsor receives its 1,000th Qualifying Order (defined below), at 11:59 p.m. ET on that date; or (b) December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). If the Giveaway ends early under (a), the Sponsor will post the end date on this page.

4. How to Enter

Method 1, purchase entry: Each order of Gut Naturals Metabolic Support purchased on a monthly Subscribe & Save subscription on gutnaturals.com during the Entry Period, including subscription refill orders, is a "Qualifying Order" and receives one (1) entry. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded before the drawing are void.

Method 2, free entry (no purchase): Send an email to support@gutnaturals.com with the subject line "Oura Ring Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, email address and mailing address. Each eligible email received during the Entry Period receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Each free entry has the same chance of winning as each purchase entry.

Entries generated by automated means, or by anyone using multiple identities or email addresses to exceed these limits, are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) Oura Ring 5 in the winner's choice of available finish and size. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): up to $499 USD, depending on finish. Any optional Oura membership or subscription fees are not included and are the winner's responsibility. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Drawing and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, held within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. The potential winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may select a winner from eligible entries received before the action. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer this Giveaway and as described in the Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. Winner's Name

To request the winner's first name and state of residence, email support@gutnaturals.com with the subject line "Oura Ring Giveaway Winner" within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.
